It is my favorite of yours so far! I also want to thank you for doing this challenge and inviting all of us. For me, this has been strenuous. I am also painting plein air wave studies which I then paint my challenge paintings from. I also am in your Webinarts class but thankfully that is far more flexible. All of this would have been fine but life has thrown death in the family along with long trips related to such, bad colds and bad backs. I am not quitting! I have been a fan of Stephen Pressfield's "The War of Art" for many years now. I know obstacles will always appear. On the positive side, I am starting to get more notice and feedback on my work and I can see steady improvement! That alone is worth everything. So, that is where I am at. Hanging in there. Thanks again!R. Both have really inspired me to learn what it means to be an artist (I'm brand new to this). I'm okay with that because I know there will be days when "life" happens and other days when the painting rocks...either way I'm doing what I love and feel a great sense of satisfaction!
I was only eeking out one painting a week before this challenge, so even though I'm flying by the seat of my pants, I'm having a blast doing it!

Thanks again Leslie for hosting and cheering us on!
