There's something about sunsets that make me smile. Part of me wonders how it is that the sky can produce such unbelievable colors. Purple, pink, orange, yellow, red ... all of my favorite colors to paint! So today I decided to paint this view ... taken in Hawaii on a beautiful, warm October early evening.Tonight's sunset in South Pasadena was another amazing collection of colors ... although it was mostly orange and pink. I snapped a few photos on my way to the market ... probably not too safe ... but the view could make a great painting ...
