"Tennies"
Oil, 6" x 6"
On hold.
I have a client who has asked me to paint four paintings for a bedroom for his grandchildren. I have been trying to figure out what to paint and I thought a pair of toddler's tennis shoes might be fun. I need to re-photograph this in the morning as tonight I only had what i call "fake light" light. I love using natural light to photograph my paintings. Good thing I live in Southern California. I will also re-upload the photo here once it is retaken.
Today is day seven which means we are almost 25% done. That's pretty amazing. I hope you are all continuing to enjoy the challenge. It's hard because a lot of things get pushed aside like housework, meals, grocery shopping and laundry. But the growth you will experience this month far surpasses the need for a stocked refrigerator. I promise! Just be ready to spoil your spouse rotten when February 1st arrives!
I start teaching next week and still have some openings in my workshop. Feel free to email me if you are interested!
