A Modern Family

I did not get a chance to finish a painting to post yesterday. I am working on larger commissions I sold through my Summer Special and they aren't done yet. As soon as they are ready I will post them here.
I did end up selling three paintings yesterday to the TV show Modern Family. You can expect to see my art on TV when the new season starts this fall. I am really thrilled for the opportunity and very happy that my art will be seen on such a funny and well-liked television show. Yippee!

Here are the three paintings purchased so watch for them on the show.
Today I am heading down to Randy Higbee's gallery and frame place. I am meeting some artists (some for the first time!) and we should have a very fun afternoon. Thanks Randy for hosting us!

What great news for you, Leslie - the show is a hoot. And all the sets are very tasteful so you are an obvious choice!

Which paintings will they use? Want to keep my eyes open.

Congratulations Leslie! I like Dan's idea about the contest, except that I don't watch that show. Actually, don't watch much TV at all. If you find out what episode they will be debueing (sp?) let us know and I'll make an exception that night if I'm not working. It will get their ratings up.

Congratulations...what an opportunity! I'm enjoying your blogtalk radio show. Would you be willing to share how you were able to secure the tv show commissions? You are a marketing genius - for sure!
