I had to do some very minor updates on this painting today. I have been working on it for quite some time and it's done and almost completely dry. It should be ready for shipping later in the week. I couldn't photograph it in good light because it was completed after the sun went down.

This morning I begin teaching my first workshop in 2014 here in the Carriage House. It's the first of 12 workshops this year ... yikes! I am really excited and just finished updating my handout materials. It's a three day workshop and I expect we will finish three or four paintings. Stay tuned for pictures!

I am getting excited for tomorrow as it will be the HALF WAY POINT of the 30 in 30 Challenge. I am curious how you think it has gone so far. For me, I am back into my "painting groove" and I am painting at a better skill level, so I am thrilled. I can't wait to start painting some more complex paintings this week. No more 6" x 6" paintings!
